For six years, our family walked through a dark valley. My wife battled a debilitating illness that stole her energy and her quality of life. After years of searching for answers, we discovered one of the hidden culprits: mold toxicity.

Driven by a shepherd’s heart for protection, I went on a quest for the purest coffee on earth. This led us back to the highlands of Ethiopia, the birthplace of the bean, and to the precision of air-roasting.

How to brew our coffee
Grind Fresh, Brew Fresh
For the most flavorful cup, grind your beans just before brewing. Use a burr grinder to ensure a consistent grind size.
Water Matters
Use filtered water heated to just off the boil, around 200°F (93°C), to unlock the full flavor of King David Coffee.
Perfect Ratios
Aim for a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:15. That’s about 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.

Brew Time
Depending on your method, adjust your brew time for optimal taste. For example, a drip coffee maker typically takes 5 minutes, while a French press can take around 4 minutes.
Keep It Fresh
Store your coffee beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture to preserve their rich flavors.
