For six years, our family walked through a dark valley. My wife battled a debilitating illness that stole her energy and her quality of life. After years of searching for answers, we discovered one of the hidden culprits: mold toxicity.

Driven by a shepherd’s heart for protection, I went on a quest for the purest coffee on earth. This led us back to the highlands of Ethiopia, the birthplace of the bean, and to the precision of air-roasting.
